Using the “Health” app on an iPhone

"Health" app collects medical data from your iPhone and Apple Watch, as well as from the apps you use, so you can view your results in a single, easy-to-use interface.

"Health" app automatically counts your steps, walking and running distances. And if you have an Apple Watch, it also automatically tracks your activity data.

Setting up a health profile
  1. Open the "Health" app and go to the "Overview" tab.
  2. Click your profile photo in the upper right corner.
  3. Click "Health Information" and then "Edit".
  4. Add information about yourself, such as height, weight, and age.
  5. Click "Finish".
Apple Watch uses your personal information to calculate calories burned and more. You can share this information with other apps. In this case it will be kept up to date on all your devices.
In iOS 14, after setting up a health profile, you can immediately view the health checklist in the "Overview" tab.

The "Health Checklist" feature provides the ability to view and activate available health monitoring features. You can also access the "Health Checklist" by clicking your profile photo in the upper right corner and selecting "Health Checklist".
