- Open the "Activity" tab
- Click on the "Add activity manually" button
- Activity type – sport for training
- Start and duration – for accurate workout time recording
- Distance – the number of kilometers covered during the workout (if required for your type of activity)
- Photo – a selfie or a workout summary screenshot to confirm the workout
⚠️ You can add an activity for current or previous day, but not earlier.
⚠️ If you notice an error in your colleague's activity, you can send such activity for review by clicking on the ellipsis in the upper left corner of the activity section.
