Stayfitt receives workout data from Apple Health (for iPhone) and Google Fit (for Android) trackers pre-installed on your smartphone. To share workout data connect the Strava app to your Apple Health or Google Fit trackers. When sync is set up, Strava Strava transfers all your activity data, except for the number of steps when you walk. Workouts and activities from Apple Health and Google Fit are synced and downloaded with every login to Stayfitt.
